Cynthia began exploring the Feldenkrais Method® in 2011 when, after some years in academia, she realized that her capacity for growth, perception and sensory experience had less to do with her mind and more to do with her movement habits.

We can improve our own neuromuscular system, by filling in movement possibilities we've forgotten or have yet to explore. This involves honing our capacity to perceive, respond, and determine what is possible - for us - in each situation. 

Feldenkrais summed it up nicely: "Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself."

As a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner  Cynthia enjoys bringing her love of teaching and life-long learning to enhancing each moment with better body awareness.
